She focuses on Managing all aspects of our Office Operations, from helping clients get the info they need on the phone to assisting Nick and Greg with their many projects.

Stella has 7 years experience in the Pest Control Office Operations, with a strong background in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Scheduling and Paperwork Flow. She Focuses on Scheduling existing clients, as well as scheduling New Clients. Stella participates in day to day phone answering helping or existing and potential new clients.

Jamie has 2 years experience with California Pest Control, but has decades in customer service as an Administrator, in fact she grew up in a family service business and helped since she was little. Jamie focuses on scheduling both existing and  new clients, accounts payable and receivable, and customer support.

Marie Hernandez

Customer Service Administrator

Marie has 5 years experience in the Pest Control industry and has over 15 years experience in customer service. She focuses mainly on our Termite Division and works closely with our Termite Staff as well as our Real Estate Agents and customers experiencing Termite infestations. Marie also generates all of our W.D.O. reports and works with all of our clients via phone in our office. She has a wonderful personality and has made a fantastic addition to our California Pest Control Family.

Mathew “Matt’ Harbut 

Office Helper “Savior” 

Mathew has helped our office for the past few years with paper flow, filing and mailing. He also helps with odd end tasks that prepare us for starting new Large accounts like putting equipment together etc. His work goes unnoticed to our clients but is so crucial and important beyond! James Ochsner

James has 20 year’s experience in the Pest Control Industry and holds licenses for Structural Termite and Pest Control Field Representative. James has a very strong background in Termite Inspections, Customer Service, Termite Treatments, Report Writing and Wood/Home Repairs and Construction, he focuses on providing our Real Estate Market and Clients with W.D.O. (Termite) Inspections.

Steve has 40 years experience in the Pest Control Industry and holds licenses for both Structural Termite and Pest Control Field Representative. Steve has a career of experience is all aspects of our industry. He has a strong back ground Customer Service, Pest Identification, Pest Solutions, Cockroach, Bed Bug and Rodent Control. Steve is well known to his Clients as the Tech that goes above and beyond, and explains what we will and are going to do for them.

Ryan has 27 years experience in the Pest Control Industry and holds licenses for Structural Pest Control Field Representative and Termite Applicator. Ryan has a career of experience in all aspects of our industry. He has a strong back ground in Customer Service, Route Planning and Efficiency, Ag work i.e. Gophers, Squirrels, etc., Cockroach, Bed Bug, Bee’s, Yellowjackets & Wasps, Rodents and General Pests. Ryan is known to his Clients as “the guy who wastes no time during service” and who “works extra ordinarily hard to get the job done Right”

Garrett has 6 years experience in the Pest Control industry, and holds a Field Rep Branch 2 Structural Pest and Applicator Structural Termite License. He has a strong background in Customer Service, Communication, Documentation and Time Management. Garrett is strong at correcting issues with Cockroaches, Bed Bugs, Rodents, Ants and General Pests. Vicente Carranza

Vicente has 4 years experience in the Pest Control Industry working more on the Termite side of our business. Vicente came to us from another company 1 year ago and is our Lead Crewman in our Termite Department. He holds a Field Representative in both Structural Pest and Termite, Branch's 2 & 3. Vicente is well known to us and his clients for his great personality, can-do-attitude, and his extreme eye for detail and very clean work.

Dwayne Teare

Dwayne has over 14 years experience in Pest Control and has been with us for almost 2 years. He holds a Field Representative license in Structural Pest and Termite, Branch's 2 & 3. Dwayne has a ton of experience in both Commercial and Residential services and has great strength with all Pests that can arise, as well Dwayne has great skills with Rodent Proofing and Construction.

Scott has 6years experience in the Pest Control industry. He holds a Field Rep License, Branch 2 Structural Pest and is very experienced with all general Pests. He has strong skills when it comes to Cockroaches, Rats, Mice, Ants, Residential and Commercial services. Scott’s customers know he's there to provide the best possible service; he has a “no hassle” demeanor and goes above and beyond to provide his expertise attentively and properly.

Steve has been with Team California Pest Control for a little over 1 year and came to us with 32 years of experience. He holds a Field Representative License in Structural Pest and Termite, Branch's 2 & 3. Steve has a huge amount of experience in all aspects of our industry and has held pretty much every position our industry offers. Steve is well known for an extremely positive attitude, always going the extra mile doing anything it takes to get it done.

John has 13 years Pest Control experience in the Pest Control industry. He holds a Field Rep Structural Pest and Termite License. John has a strong background in Customer Service, Route Management & Efficiency, Sales, Cockroaches, Bed Bugs, Ants, Spiders and Rodents. Although John is new to our family, he is quickly becoming the guy known to his clients as “extremely polite, very knowledgeable and overly willing to help correct our issues at hand”.

Jeff has 27 years in the Pest Control industry and holds licenses: Operator Branch 2 and QAL categories A,B,C,K, with K being Public Health for Mosquito Control. Jeff has also been in Management positions over 31 years and went to school for Ornamental Horticulture. He has a strong background in weed I.D. & Control, Inventory Management, Sales and Training.

Kristen has 13 years experience in the Pest Control Industry. She holds a Field Rep License Branch 2 Structural Pest and is highly customer orientated and very experienced when it come to Ants, Cockroaches, Rats, Mice, Bed Bugs and Commercial Account Service. Kristen is well known to her customers as the Technician who “waste no time” in getting the work done correctly and a professional manor.

He holds a Field Rep License Branch 2 Structural Pest and is well versed with all types of pests and very experienced in Residential and Commercial services. Marisol has been on our team for almost 2 years, she joined the Family with 3 years prior experience and holds a Field Representative License in Structural Pest Control Branch 2. She has great experience with all Pests she helps her clients with and is above amazing when it comes to Cockroaches, Ants, Rodents and Spiders. Marisol is so well known to us and her clients for her consistently amazing happy personality, we don't think she's ever had a bad day, she brings joy and happiness to anyone she's around, and provides outstanding Pest Control Service.

Eddie Velaquez

Eddie started his career with us a little over 2 years ago and holds a Field Representative License in Structural Pest Control Branch 2. He has learned his profession faster than the mass majority we've seen and primarily services Commercial  Accounts. Eddie is very good at correcting any and all Pest issues, and above excellent with Cockroaches, Rats & Mice, Ants, Flies and identifying Structural Deficiencies and Corrective Actions needed to reduce Pest pressure. His clients always appreciate how he stays very focused on his tasks needed during their service and his willingness to always go above and beyond when there is a need.

Aaron started his Pest Control career with California Pest Control over a year ago and holds a Field Representative License in Structural Pest Control Branch 2. He is a very fast learner since day 1 he has been so happy to be in this industry, has taken his profession very seriously and we watched him work very hard to apply himself to be his best. Aaron is very knowledgeable with any Pests his clients come across and is above excellent when it comes to Ants, Spiders, Cobweb Removal, Rats, Mice and Fleas. Aaron is well known to his clients and us very polite personality, yes sir, always happy attitude and willingness to  always go the extra mile.
